Orlando, FL -- ZKS recently named Jeremy S. Sloane as a new shareholder for 2008.

Jeremy S. Sloane has a sophisticated commercial practice, representing a broad array of business clients with respect to transactions around the United States. He routinely advises clients concerning commercial transactions, joint ventures, federal and state tax matters, transaction structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations and restructurings, and general corporate matters. Mr. Sloane obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida, graduating with honors near the top of his class and majoring in Finance. He obtained his law degree from the University of Florida and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami, graduating first in his class with a concentration in international taxation.

Mr. Sloane is a member of the Florida Bar, the Maryland Bar, the Orange County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He routinely provides pro bono representation to nonprofit organizations and low income taxpayers. Mr. Sloane also volunteers his time to a variety of charitable and community organizations in the Orlando area, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Blanchard Park & Avalon Park YMCA’s, in addition to chairing the 2008 Scholarship Campaign for those YMCA’s. He also serves on the Executive Committee for the Executive Advisory Board Exchange, a partnership consisting of leading Central Florida companies dedicated to the growth and success of local companies.
